A Journey into Inorganic Chemistry, by Karuna Anna at Iowa State University
Karuna Anna Sajeevan is a Computational Chemist with expertise in protein/peptide modeling, peptide folding, drug-receptor modeling, antigen-antibody interaction modeling, allosteric site identification and protein engineering. Computational methodologies/analyses such as enhanced sampling molecular dynamics simulations, molecular docking and calculations of thermodynamical parameters (entropy and free energy), all atom and coarse-grained modeling and simulations are my proficiencies. She is familiar with bioinformatics and cheminformatics libraries and also have working knowledge of ML models to solve problems in biochemistry.
