Welcome to Forethought India One-on-One Courses. Our program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their chosen profession. Our instructor for this course is Prof. Paolo Debiaggi at Politecnico Di Milano
The "Structural Analysis" course is a comprehensive program designed to provide a thorough understanding of the principles, techniques, and applications in analyzing various structures. Delivered over a series of lectures, the course covers a wide range of topics, starting with the fundamental concepts such as types of loads, forces, and basic structural elements. It progresses into more advanced areas, including analysis of trusses, beams, frames, and matrices, employing methods like flexibility and stiffness. The curriculum also delves into crucial aspects like structural stability, buckling, and optimization. Additionally, the course introduces learners to cutting-edge concepts such as finite element methods (FEM), non-linear analysis, seismic considerations, and structural health monitoring. Throughout the program, there's a focus on practical case studies, sustainability in design, the use of composite materials, and an exploration of emerging trends in structural analysis, providing a holistic view of this field and preparing individuals for real-world applications in engineering and construction.
At the end of the program, students will receive a certificate & performance letter by the eductor indicating that they have completed the program and acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen profession.
Structural Analysis, by Paolo Debiaggi
For over 20 years he has been carrying out his professional activity, independently and/or in partnership, in the design and management of the transformation processes of physical space, at the different scales of architecture (interior - building - landscape), urban design, reuse and reconversion of existing spaces and buildings, the feasibility assessment of urban transformation interventions and real estate development, for both private and public clients. In particular, it develops a specific managerial attitude in the management of complex decision-making processes in which different private and collective interests, regulatory and procedural complexities, specialized technical skills, appropriate technologies, management and control of costs and quality coexist and must be governed.
