Land Use Planning and Zoning Revolution, by Paolo Debiaggi
For over 20 years he has been carrying out his professional activity, independently and/or in partnership, in the design and management of the transformation processes of physical space, at the different scales of architecture (interior - building - landscape), urban design, reuse and reconversion of existing spaces and buildings, the feasibility assessment of urban transformation interventions and real estate development, for both private and public clients. In particular, it develops a specific managerial attitude in the management of complex decision-making processes in which different private and collective interests, regulatory and procedural complexities, specialized technical skills, appropriate technologies, management and control of costs and quality coexist and must be governed.
