Welcome to Forethought India One-on-One Courses. Our program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their chosen profession. Our instructor for this course is Lecturer Nadeem Kasmani from Harvard Medical School
The course, "Basics of Biomechanics in Physical Activity," offers a comprehensive exploration of the fundamental principles governing human movement. Spanning three levels, the curriculum delves into the mechanics underpinning physical activities, focusing on biomechanical analysis techniques, Newton's laws, kinematics, kinetics, and their applications in various settings. Students will explore joint mechanics, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, gait analysis, and the biomechanics of running and sprinting. Additionally, the course covers specialized areas such as sports techniques, injury prevention, ergonomics, rehabilitation, advanced sports performance, and emerging fields like robotics and biomechanical engineering. Throughout the program, a focus on practical application and theoretical understanding equips learners with a solid foundation in biomechanics to comprehend human movement in diverse contexts, from sports to rehabilitation and beyond.
At the end of the program, students will receive a certificate & performance letter by the eductor indicating that they have completed the program and acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen profession.
