As a Senior Manager at Reliance Home Finance Ltd., he contributed to digital marketing strategies, internal communications, and user experience enhancements.
Prior to that, Abdul served as Deputy Manager of Marketing at Exide Life Insurance, where he managed website optimization, UI/UX, and played a key role in developing an AI-based sales and service chatbot.
