Niranjan Hiranandani

Niranjan Hiranandani (born 8 March 1950) is an Indian billionaire businessman, co-founder and managing director of Hiranandani Group, engaged in real estate business. He is ranked by Forbes among the 100 richest Indians, with a net worth of US$1.6 billion as of June 2021.
In 2020, he was in the Top 10 Indian real estate tycoons according to the Grohe Hurun report. In 2020, he was the second richest person in the Real estate Sector as per the IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List (2020). Along with members of his family, Hiranandani controls the privately owned Hiranandani Group.

Romil Sheth

Romil holds a master of urban design and a master of science in architecture from the University of Michigan, and received his bachelor of architecture from CEPT University in India. He is a registered architect for the Council of Architecture in India and is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects
Romil is an urban designer and architect with over 15 years of experience in both domestic and international projects. His work encompasses diverse project types including campuses, student housing, K-12 facilities, urban revitalization, innovation districts, and waterfronts.

Alongside his consulting career, He is Founder of xyZ, a start-up which transforms urban navigation and retail experience.
