Program Outcomes:
A one-month intensive hybrid program designed to give participants hands-on experience in planning and managing events. The curriculum combines online training with an in-person event hosted at a National Institute, allowing participants to work with student clubs and societies to bring a flagship event to life.
 

Week 1 | Online

Introduction to Event Management, Budgeting, Theme & Logistics Planning

- Collaborate with club leaders to finalize event theme, objectives, and initial budget​​​

Week 2 | Online

Marketing & Promotion Planning (Social Media, Email, Branding)

- Develop a promotional plan, create initial event graphics, and draft press releases

Week 3 | Online

Pre-Event Coordination (Attendee Management, Volunteer Training)

- Set up registration, assign roles, plan contingencies, and finalize agenda

Week 4 | Hybrid (3-Day Event)

Onsite Event Execution (Venue Setup, Event Day, Post-Event Wrap-Up)

- Manage live event tasks, troubleshoot, collect feedback, and create final report
