  • Nadeem Kasmani is a physician and global health practitioner who is currently working as a Lecturer and Research Scholar at the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School (HMS).

    Dr. Kasmani received his M.D. degree from the school of medicine at the National University of Science and Technology (formerly known as Oman Medical College). After working for two years at Rashid Hospital in UAE, Dr. Kasmani was selected to attend the master's program in Global Health Delivery at HMS. He specializes in both Qualitative and Quantitative research methods. Dr. Kasmani has worked as a global health researcher on various mental health and maternal & child health (MNCH) projects in Tanzania, Haiti, Iraq, Bhutan, Ethiopia, and the United States.

    In December 2020, Dr. Kasmani co-founded Grassroots, a nonprofit dedicated to improving MNCH outcomes and developing Community Health Workforce in limited-resource populations worldwide.
